The Church of the Good Shepherd is a fully operational church
and the only church in Takapō | Lake Tekapo.
Our full time Minister is Rev. Craig Allan who serves the entire Mackenzie Parish, the vast area stretching from Fairlie to Lake Pukaki.
You are very welcome to join us for our regular Sunday Services where we welcome worshippers from all over the world and from all Christian worship traditions. The service is approximately 1 hour long and is an informal combination of liturgy, singing and prayer. Communion is shared most Sundays.
On the last Sunday of each month there is also a Mass conducted by Father Tien from Fairlie. All Catholic parishioners and visitors are most welcome to join.
